A good system to recognize suitable people to empower power to get decision and control encourage workers to go forward in their relevant field productively.
The qualification and qualities of a new employee should be matched with those already in the same boat. If unsuitable is selected, the boat will rock fast so as to fell everyone in it.
Most of these steps are not based on money. They are just gestures of appreciations and satisfaction. But they can make big different. If they are implemented, the next time one of your good talents is in the decision of shifting, he or she will stop for second to think twice.
