As PresbyMAX optimally enlarges the depth of focus and minimises contrast losses, patients obtain satisfactory vision for a wide distance range.

Laser treatment of additionally existing myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism can be efficiently combined with presbyopia corrections in only one step. The inlay has the ability to restore near and intermediate vision but allows the patient to retain distance vision. This procedure can also be combined with a LASIK correction treatment and can be conducted even after cataract and LASIK surgeries.
